About Me

Hi, I'm Chia-Ling.

I'm a UK-based Business Analyst with a background in UX design — and a decade of experience across business operations, L&D, and product delivery in three countries.

My background as a global account manager and executive assistant taught me that the gap between what a business asks for and what people actually need is almost always where the real problem lives. I've been closing that gap ever since.

I hold the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis — all four modules completed, oral examination in progress. I bring UX skills to every engagement — not as the main event, but because understanding how people experience a process is inseparable from improving it.
